Jewelry designers to compete at JA New York
The lineup of designers exhibiting in the JA New York Summer Show’s New Designer Gallery are Anahita, CG Arte, Chorthip Lagnese, G&G Creations, Gioielli, KarynJ, Lisa Robin Jewelry, NIALA, Robert Kaylor, and Walt Adler.
The designers will be competing for the Mort Abelson New Designer of the Year Award, which has traditionally served as a launching pad for prominent jewelry designers.
“The Mort Abelson Award has a long tradition within JA New York,” says Drew Lawsky, group show director for JA New York Shows. “This award, and the New Designer Gallery in general, is one of the many efforts we make to support designers in our industry. There is no better place than New York City to launch a jewelry design career.”
The JA Show will also feature an enhanced Inner Circle Pavilion, a new Polygon pavilion, multiple international pavilions, the Design lab and the Hudson Bazaar. The Show attracts more than 10,000 buyers and 1,000 of the world’s finest jewelry and luxury gift suppliers.
The JA New York Summer Show will take place at the Jacob Javits Center in New York on Sunday, July 24, from 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday, July 25, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Tuesday, July 26, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information, visit the show's site.
