A three-day trunk show titled “The Jewels of France” will be presented here from Oct. 18-20, featuring new collections from seven French jewelers whose work embodies their country’s expertise, quality and craftsmanship.
The seven jewelers are Damoiselle D, which offers refined and ladylike watches; Edéenne, a jewelry designer whose work was recently showcased at the Museum of the Legion of Honor in Paris; Mathon, known for use of color and nature-inspired motifs; and Poiray, know for the “Ma Première” watch, which features an interchangeable strap.
The show will also include Tahitian pearl jewelry designs by Pacoma; eco-inspired gold, silver and Brazilian wood creations by Valerie McCarthy; and Aveva, which designs fantasy pieces for clients.
An opening night reception and closing night reception will bookend the trunk show, with proceeds from the events benefitting the Arthritis Foundation’s Juvenile Arthritis programs and the Los Angeles Dream Center.
