The Centurion Jewelry Show, which took place here Jan. 29-31, has named winners of its fourth Emerging jewelry Design Awards. The winners were chosen by jewelers, who voted on entries based on creativity, originality, function, production quality, craftsmanship/skill, and their belief that the product could sell in high-end stores.
