2011 Miami Jewelry & Watch Show Begins October 14
By Ricci Dipshan Source: http://www.diamonds.net RAPAPORT... U.S. Antique Shows announced that the annual Miami Beach Antique Jewelry & Watch Show will take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center from October 14 to to October 16.
The show, which first began in 1992 and features an array of vintage and estate jewelry and watches from dealers around the globe, will open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 14, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the two following days. Attendees must pay a one-time entrance fee of $15.
''This show is unique in that it kicks off antique shopping season,'' said Andrea Canady, the show's director. ''For dealers it represents the opportunity to purchase rare and unique jewelry and watches from some of the world’s most impressive collections before the important Christmas season. For buyers, it is an opportunity to buy one of kind, jewelry and watches not easily found anywhere else.''
